Scope Independently performs plumbing, electrical, and mechanical assembly and troubleshooting with moderate complexity.
Core Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and specifications Independently perform pipe cutting, threading, and installation Assembly of valves, fittings, and piping systems Electrical assembly (harnesses, switch panels, circuit boards) Install and repair plumbing systems per build requirements Perform leak testing using air/water pressure and interpret results Troubleshoot plumbing systems (leaks, flow issues) Troubleshoot electrical systems (12V DC and 110V AC) Diagnose issues, disassemble components, and complete repairs Conduct functional testing of lights, sirens, radios, and warning systems Perform equipment setup and changeovers Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders
