Electrical Engineer
Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all electrical works on site: LV distribution network, containment and cabling, consumer units and distribution boards, sub-metering, lighting, power sockets, standby generator installation and automatic transfer switch, solar power installation, external and streetlighting, CCTV, access control systems, and data and communications cabling
- Ensure all external electrical installations are specified, supplied, and installed to the correct protection rating for coastal exposure
- Review electrical shop drawings and material submittals; recommend approval or rejection to the Programme and MEP Manager
- Inspect all electrical first-fix installations; check cable routes, containment, fire barriers, and circuit protection
