El Ejecutivo Comercial de Banca Comercial será responsable de asesorar a clientes, promover productos y servicios, maximizar ventas y garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, conectando con el cliente de manera asertiva. Ofrecemos un entorno colaborativo, humano y con oportunidades de desarrollo.
- Impulsar la apertura de nuevas cuentas y promover tarjetas de crédito y seguros.
- Realizar seguimiento proactivo del cliente asegurando su satisfacción y resolviendo dudas y problemas.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para fomentar la lealtad y maximizar oportunidades de ventas.
- Mantenerse informado sobre novedades de productos y servicios y del material promocional actualizado para la sucursal.
- Realizar actividades de control sobre expedientes, cuentas y operaciones bancarias.
