EHS Leader
Job Description Maintain a strong Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture and ensure effective management of all legislation applicable to the country. Lead plant-level compliance with applicable regulations related to safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, fire protection systems, and asset protection. Ensure the implementation and execution of initiatives focused on the Safety area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) plans, including the definition of measurable objectives, communicate them to the central EHS team, monitor execution, and periodically report progress.
- Develop accident prevention plans and lead their implementation within the plant.
- Implement and monitor the Safe Machine Program.
- Develop the annual Safety Plan in conjunction with Plant Management.
