Dow has an exciting opportunity for an eDiscovery Attorney located in Midland, MI!
In this role, you will provide legal oversight of discovery in litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and other legal proceedings. Working with Discovery & Knowledge Management professionals, case management teams, other Legal department professionals, information technology personnel, outside counsel, and vendors, you will develop legally defensible, cost-effective, and proportionate discovery strategies that use established and emerging technologies to address evolving legal and business needs.
