Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated and age-appropriate lessons in the assigned subject. Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources and learning activities in line with the school curriculum and academic standards. Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students. Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Promote critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, problem-solving and independent learning.
