Eco-Landscaping & External Hygiene Optimization Lead
Job Purpose The Eco-Landscaping & External Hygiene Optimization Lead is responsible for driving excellence in external environmental management by ensuring high standards of landscaping, irrigation, hygiene, waste handling, and pest control operations while overseeing contractor compliance with HSE, environmental, and operational service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1-Health & Safety:
- Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
- Ensure full compliance with Lafarge safety standards and promote safety culture and safe practices among the entire workforce.
- Ensure all BP employees are operating in a safe working environment.
- Provide monthly reporting and statistics regarding safety performance and incidents.
