CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) to support our client’s Global Building Design Risk & Recovery Building Design & Engineering (GBDR BD&E). The candidate will be responsible for managing several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our business justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and across multiple time zones.
The role will be based in North America and will need to work in PT, MT, CT or ET time zone. The role will occasionally need to participate in European time zones. Remote candidates will be considered.
