Job Description: Lead field-based operations for the East of Rockies franchise organization, supporting new market entry, onboarding franchisees and internal resources, and building a consistent, high-quality operating model. You will lead a team of Franchise Business Advisors and work closely with branded marketer and franchise business development teams to convert growth opportunities into operating sites and position new markets for long-term success.

- Scale franchise growth in new and existing markets by partnering with branded marketer business development teams to convert pipeline into operating sites.
