What you will do:
- Live Engagement: Respond immediately to live chat inquiries to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Proactive Sales Growth: Identify and capture upsell opportunities through post-purchase follow-ups and tailored product recommendations.
- Lead Acceleration: Accelerate conversion rates by promptly routing high-value project inquiries to the appropriate sales team members.
What is required:
- Proven background in e-commerce, retail sales coordination, or customer support operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM software); experience with Shopify operations is a strong bonus.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for managing high-volume live chat and email workflows.
