Responsibilities
- Drive in professional capacity and competence any vehicle assigned for the performance of the company’s work or duties
- Care for and maintain any vehicle assigned
- Report any abnormality, damage, loss or theft of any vehicle or its parts to the HC/Admin & Operations Manager within 24 hours
- Drive any vehicle or any staff to any destination for the performance of company’s work or duties as directed by the HC/Admin & Operations Manager or her representative
- Provide general operational support services to staff during assignments and Programmes
- Pick-up and deliver dispatches, letters, and packages up to and including confidential documents to/from various banks/institutions
- Adhere to vehicle schedule of events and assist the Department to coordinate staff and executive movements
