The role involves overseeing responses for complex cases and escalated situations to ensure an effective resolution. This is a contract assignment with a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for legal-related matters involving specific business units or policies.
- Investigate and respond to consumer complaints.
- Research and analyze claims and related actions to resolve issues.
- Identify and address compliance issues; update guidelines and procedures to minimize risk.
- Research potential legal issues using the existing system of record.
