District Promotion Manager
Job Purpose Reporting to the Commercial Lead, the District Promotion Manager provides leadership and direction to the field team within the assigned district, with accountability for delivering business and promotional objectives while ensuring strong execution of Amgen’s commercial strategy.
The role is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Biopharmaceutical Representatives, translating brand and business priorities into effective district execution, and leveraging customer and market insights to optimize performance.
As a key field leader, the District Promotion Manager works cross-functionally to strengthen customer engagement, support business growth and ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with Amgen policies, internal standards and applicable local regulations.
