- Drive sales performance and deliver ambitious growth targets across your assigned district.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors and retail partners, acting as a trusted business advisor.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and retail KPIs, translating insights into actions that drive commercial success.
- Lead business reviews, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that enhance partner performance.
- Ensure excellence in inventory management, forecasting, and operational execution to support sustainable growth.
- Support new store openings and distribution expansion projects, contributing to Swarovski’s market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Credit Management, and Retail teams to achieve shared objectives.
