Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization To provide LAM Retail Organization in countries with the right operations guidelines to drive trading excellence & consumer experience across all stores and monitor execution to ensure consistency, identify best practices and gather feedback. Develop and implement business and consumer focused initiatives that support and inspire the whole retail operations organization to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the development of a trading and service culture within the retail back office (RBO) and influencing the country retail team accordingly to achieve business plan goals and budgeted objectives.
