Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Officer to join our team at the Warri Terminal. The Dispatch Officer will oversee the dispatch of loaded trucks, ensure that all required checks are completed before trucks leave the terminal, and issue loading tickets and other necessary documents. The role will also involve keeping accurate dispatch records and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure trucks are dispatched safely and on schedule.
Job Description
- Oversee the dispatch of all loaded trucks, ensuring schedules are met and all loaded trucks are dispatched and deliver in a timely manner, meeting customer’s expected delivery time.
- Issue loading Ticket to trucks due for loading and waybills, and other dispatch documents accurately to loaded trucks.
