About the Role The Director will provide strategic and technical leadership for the Statistical Programming function, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality programming deliverables. This is a remote role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance clinical programs. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction for statistical programming activities and oversee dataset creation, data quality, and compliance.
- Lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure on-time delivery of programming deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For
- BS in math/computer science/statistics
- 8+ years statistical programming experience
- Prior management experience
- Expert CDISC (SDTM/ADaM)
- SAS proficiency
- EDC experience
- EM/UNIX familiarity
