PURPOSE:
The Director of Portfolio & Process Management drives organizational effectiveness by monitoring the end-to-end enterprise portfolio, promoting delivery excellence, and ensuring rigorous execution. Through data-driven oversight and a commitment to operational efficiency, this role accelerates innovation and delivers impactful, enterprise-wide results.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight over the end-to-end enterprise project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across initiatives.
- Lead the Agile Center of Excellence, driving the adoption, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Agile methodologies, standards, and best practices across the enterprise.
