About the Role
Lead the Bioanalytical Sciences program for Xaira Therapeutics, helping to advance drug discovery and development through rigorous analytical sciences and regulatory readiness.
What You'll Do
- Lead bioanalytical method development and qualification for candidate compounds
- Oversee assay transfer, data integrity, and quality control in alignment with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and relevant regulatory standards
- Collaborate across Research, Pharmacology, and Drug Development teams to de-risk molecules and enable decision-making
What We're Looking For
- PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., bioanalytical chemistry, pharmacology, analytical chemistry)
- Strong track record in method development, monitoring, and regulatory submissions
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring scientists
