Job Description
The Director, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is focused on creating and delivering high-impact, customer-focused, and compliant HR solutions across the organization to support business objectives. You will serve as the functional lead across the entire HR technology stack: BI (Business Intelligence) with an Oracle Technology Stack of Oracle HCM cloud HRIS/Payroll, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, WebFocus, and other related technologies, etc. with focus on strategic design and end-to-end systems integration, automation, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead HR technology governance processes, including prioritization, investment decisions, demand management, and roadmap planning.
- Evaluate business requests and ensure technology investments align with enterprise HR and organizational strategy.
