Job title: Director, Global Transfer Pricing

Reporting to the Head of International Tax and Transfer Pricing, this role is responsible for leading Vanguard's global transfer pricing strategy and governance. The Director will own the design, implementation, governance, documentation, and defense of Vanguard's global transfer pricing framework, ensuring alignment with business operations and evolving regulatory requirements. This individual will partner closely with Accounting to operationalize transfer pricing policies and maintain the global allocation framework, controls, and governance processes. In addition to transfer pricing leadership, the role will support U.S. international tax planning initiatives, providing strategic guidance on cross-border transactions, business expansion, and global tax projects.
