Job Summary
The Director of Indirect Procurement is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for approximately $50M in indirect spend across areas such as logistics, professional services, facilities, travel, telecommunications, and IT. This position leads a team of Category Managers and partners closely with Finance, IT, R&D, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, manage risk, and ensure reliable service delivery. The role oversees supplier selection, contract negotiations, spend management processes, scorecards, and strategic sourcing initiatives while building strong supplier relationships and delivering measurable business value.
