Position Summary: The Director, Commercial Learning & Development provides strategic and operational leadership for Commercial Learning & Development across a geographically dispersed Commercial organization. This role is responsible for establishing and executing the commercial learning strategy, capability roadmap, governance framework, and development priorities that strengthen organizational capability and support business performance. As the leader of a growing function, the Director serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor. The role leads a team while actively partnering with Commercial Leadership, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, and Talent leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve learning and capability-building solutions.
