JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a results-oriented Direct Sales Representative (DSR) to support our client in the banking industry by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, customer engagement, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently, build a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently deliver against targets while upholding the client’s standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Opening: Actively take part in quality account opening for new customers.
- Digital products onboarding: Cross selling of the banks digital products to existing and all new clients ensuring clients.
- Deposit and Loans: Deliver set targets on deposit mobilization and quality disbursement of loans to both individual and business customers.
