Principais responsabilidades
- Prestar suporte ao cliente atual em soluções digitais relacionadas a sistemas de rastreamento e monitoramento na mineração.
- Acompanhar a implementação de novas soluções em operações de mineração.
- Oferecer suporte remoto e presencial aos clientes.
- Gerenciar consultas técnicas, acompanhamento de tickets e propostas de melhoria contínua.
- Identificar novas oportunidades comerciais e promover outras soluções dentro das operações dos clientes.
