Job Description
- The Digital Platform Officer will manage, monitor, and administer the company’s digital platforms day-to-day.
- The role will ensure that platforms remain functional, up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives while supporting users and coordinating with internal and technical teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms, websites, portals, and other online channels.
- Update platform content, information, products, services, announcements, and other digital materials as required.
- Monitor platform performance, functionality, availability, and user activity.
- Identify and report technical issues, bugs, and platform challenges and follow up with relevant technical teams for resolution.
