- Manage online advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Develop ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Respond to online comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
