- Make outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities.
- Assist with content creation, posting and online engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support lead generation.
- Assist with graphic design using Canva, Adobe tools or similar software.
- Monitor online engagement and support customer experience.
- Learn and use company systems, scripts and digital tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer support teams.
