Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and digitally savvy Shortlet Operations & Digital Marketing Officer to manage its online presence, property visibility, bookings and promotional activities.
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a shortlet, serviced apartment, hotel, hospitality or related property business, with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update the company website with apartment availability, prices, amenities, pictures and other relevant information.
- Manage online bookings, enquiries, availability and pricing updates.
- Manage Paystack payments and ensure booking/payment information is properly tracked.
