Job Objective
- To provide high-quality, individualized, and holistic nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence in collaboration with the multidisciplinary medical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to dialysis patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
- Manage and oversee the entire dialysis treatment process from patient admission and assessment through treatment completion and discharge.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures, documenting observations and reporting abnormalities promptly.
