Section: Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development programs.
- Lead employee relations activities, including disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
