Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in the development, interpretation, implementation, review and continuous improvement of human resource management policies, standards, guidelines, systems and practices in accordance with the Institute’s mandate and Government requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated human resource plans, workforce strategies, talent management and succession management frameworks to ensure availability, development and retention of the requisite human capital.
