Job Purpose
- The Deposit Mobilizer will be responsible for attracting and maintaining deposit customers, growing the institution’s deposit portfolio, and developing strong relationships with individuals, businesses, organizations, and other potential depositors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new deposit customers through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Mobilize deposits in line with assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the institution’s deposit and investment products to prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential depositors and business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
