What You Will Do:
Lead the delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements, serving as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, contract performance, financial management, and delivery excellence. Lead operational improvement, business process modernization, and organizational transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, service delivery, and mission outcomes. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies such as DOJ, FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S. Marshals, DHS, and U.S. Space Command, helping clients address complex mission and operational challenges. Manage program governance activities including executive reporting, risk management, resource planning, staffing, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
