Overview
The Demand Planner for Crocs India is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, maintaining healthy channel inventory, and supporting store and multi-DC allocation across the Retail channel. This role reports to the Manager, DTC Planning within the Planning department and partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Logistics to improve product availability, manage inventory risk, and support financial targets. The position is based in Gurugram, India.
What You'll Do
- Own the monthly demand review and relevant S&OP sections, aligning stakeholders on the plan and escalating key risks and opportunities.
- Develop monthly style, color, and size-level unit and revenue forecasts, including pre-season plans and forecasts for core carryover products.
