- Degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with sampling strategies
- Coding experience in R, Python, or Stata
- Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills
💼 DUTIES
- Lead the quantitative backbone of the MEL department
- Manage routine counselling data pipelines
- Conduct advanced statistical modelling
- Support evidence-driven decision-making and programme impact
