Hardware & Rack Operations:
- Install, remove, and replace: Servers (rack mount and blade), Network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), Storage arrays
- Identify hardware components: CPUs, RAM, NICs, HBAs, power supplies, disks
- Perform rack & stack following standard layouts and weight distribution
- Basic troubleshooting of failed components (LED codes, error indicators)
Cabling & Physical Connectivity
- Install and manage: Fiber (LC, SC) and copper (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a)
- Follow labeling standards and structured cabling practices
