Position Overview
We are seeking Level 2 (L2) Technicians to support Corporate Network Support services within a data center environment. This role focuses on post-production operations supporting facilities WiFi, AV systems, physical security systems, corporate network connectivity, and physical layer infrastructure including both fiber optic and copper cabling.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve service tickets related to WiFi, AV systems, security systems, and network connectivity.
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting using standard procedures.
- Conduct cable tracing, patching, and physical layer troubleshooting.
- Perform fiber optic cable support including patching, tracing, inspection, and basic repair.
