Location: Canton, Mississippi (Onsite)
Shift: Front Half (Sun-Wed) Back Half (Wed-Sat) 7am-5:30pm
Role Overview As a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for the support team, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will create and maintain documentation on supported technologies and effectively transfer knowledge to junior staff. This role requires working autonomously to resolve most support issues and executing small projects independently.
