JOB TITLE: Customer Support SALARY: £18,340 increasing to £18,865 after 6 months LOCATIONS: Lloyds Northwich — working across both Lloyds and Halifax branches. WORKING PATTERN: 24.5 hours per week worked across the following days and hours:
- Monday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm & Every Other Saturday 9:00am till 13:30pm.
- To support changing customer demand, there may be times where these hours need to be adjusted. We’ll discuss this with you and aim to agree any changes in advance. Flexibility to support this is beneficial.
