- Supervisa y dirige el desempeño de todas las actividades del proceso de pedidos, verificando adecuada rentabilidad, asignación de fechas de fabricación basado en entrega de materias primas y cargas de máquina, la calidad, el control de inventarios y el cumplimiento de las métricas de producción presupuestadas, al tiempo que garantiza que todos los métodos confiables de seguridad estén en su lugar.

- Supervisa la adecuada atención a quejas de clientes, tanto por cuestiones administrativas como por cuestiones de calidad del producto, así como asegurar del flujo oportuno de los reclamos (Tics) en su área de responsabilidad
