Section: Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and provide excellent service
- Prepare estimates/proforma invoices and job cards
- Book customer vehicles for servicing
- Track work in progress and keep customers updated
- Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Technically inclined with knowledge of spare parts and their functions
- EPC knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and overtime when required
- Strong work ethic and professional integrity
- People-friendly and a team player
- Valid driving license
