Description
- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to attend to customers, resolve enquiries and complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

- Handle complaints and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Process customer requests and provide accurate information.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support the team in achieving customer service goals.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Salary
N65,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
