Section: Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and drive in-store sales
- Process, pack and dispatch orders
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Process payments and reconcile daily sales
- Maintain sales, order and inventory records
- Receive, arrange and monitor stock
- Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
- Keep the store clean and organised
Section: Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail or related role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using POS and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Honest, reliable and proactive
