Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Success Team in Ilorin.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, documentation, payment follow-ups, customer enquiries and post-sales support.
- The ideal candidate must be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented and able to build strong relationships with clients while working effectively with internal teams.
