Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests onsite in a friendly, professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders (onsite and online platforms)
- Serve orders promptly and ensure quality presentation
- Respond to online orders/inquiries and coordinate timely fulfillment
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
