Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and assist with product enquiries
- Manage social media comments, messages and enquiries
- Process orders and follow up with customers
- Build positive customer relationships
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- 1–3 years’ customer service experience in a pharmaceutical environment
