Section: Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram and phone enquiries
- Convert enquiries into consultations and bookings
- Follow up prospective and existing clients
- Confirm appointments and send reminders
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Promote Poshbody treatments and offers
- Maintain accurate client records
- Track enquiries, bookings and sales conversions
- Provide daily reports on leads, bookings and follow-ups
Section: Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Sales/customer-service experience
- Confident using WhatsApp Business, Instagram and social media
- Well-presented, warm and professional
