Experience
- Representative, you will help drive customer success by increasing adoption and utilization of the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform. Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams, you will deliver exceptional service, provide solution recommendations, support business growth initiatives, and help customers maximize value from our technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
- Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption of the Xvantage platform.
- Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Support customer acquisition, pipeline development, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
