GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the general direction and supervision of the Radiologist and the Director, Ancillary Operations. The CT Tech performs a variety of radiologic procedures including routine and special CT procedures within the limits of standard procedures of the Imaging Services Department. Position has "on call" responsibilities including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Performs the additional duties of general radiology and procedures as needed.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with Medical Center policy & procedure.
- Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes in workload, schedule, department function and procedures
- Actively participates in creating a positive and harmonious work environment by demonstrating teamwork and cooperative, responsive behaviors.
